                                            Doodles

                                             CJ Nye

                                                            Roadkill Est Morte
The doodle that started it all. "Roadkill" had lost too many original members, we needed a new name. Jessica and I were the primary artists. Added to weekly throughout the season; pen, highlighter markers on a Tyvek envelope.

                        1001 Nights
The flip side of "Roadkill Est Morte."  Jessica and I were the primary artists, and she set the snowball rolling by bringing gell markers.  The cat was somehow associated with my ex, "James I," the rest is a medley of inspiration from a pack of Camels, Shahrazad, the Taj....

                                                                       Byzantium
A group portrait of the team based on that exhibit at the MET that Jessica and I had recently gone to. Judith let the monster out of the box by bringing puffy-paint.

                                  Aztec Fly
A solo effort based on the show at the Gugg.  This was my last envelope as a team member.  The flip side had a doodle of "The Gates" but it was damaged by various bar liquids.

                                                                          Coo Coo!
Just unearthed this from the files and realized it, and not the Aztec Fly, may have been the last... the world may never know. The flip side survived and follows.

                                  The Oracle of Barfly
The flip side of "Coo Coo," the theme developed out of an attempt to rationally unite the disparate elements of Jason's notes and Jessica's doodles.

                                                                  Spanish Fly
Another solo effort based on a Gugg show.  The end of an era.
